Josette was born and grew up on the island of Maui where her Aloha Spirit, love and enjoyment of meeting people lead her into the hospitality industry with over 14 years experience in Hotel and Condominium management. Starting her career at The Maui Islander Hotel in 1993 where she assisted three General Managers as Administrative Assistant. In 2001, Josette successfully increased and maintained the on-site rental program for seven years as Owners Relation Manager at The Whaler on Kaanapali Beach. During her tenure at The Whaler, Josette also managed and coordinated numerous high-level renovations on behalf of the many privately owned condominium owners and assisted Kaanapali Shores with their unit interior renovation project.
