Maui Real Estate Market Update Maui Condos a rising value!

Maui real estate market statistics just released show the month of March continuing a recent trend in the Maui condo market: values not only holding steady, but steadily rising as well. Last month, the median price of a condo on Maui was set at $538,500, a 15% increase over the median price a year prior of $469,500. The amount of Maui condos sold for the month of March stayed steady at 92 units, the same amount as the month prior. All in all, appreciation of these units looks to be a continuing trend; making now a great time to buy a beachfront condo in Kaanapali, an ocean view South Maui condo, or any one of the many other wonderful units available across the island.
