Starwood Vacation Ownership announced plans to develop a third vacation ownership resort on Maui.
The new property, expected to open in fall 2011, has been designed to achieve certification under the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design rating system.
The beachfront property will be in Kaanapali North Beach and feature 390 villas including a mix of one to three bedroom units. This is definitely a great development for those looking for luxury vacation Kaanapali condos in the near future!
