Maui Condo Prices on the Rebound Median prices for condos on Maui up 7%

Good news for the Maui condo market; prices are starting to rebound once again! Condos from Kaanapali to Makena are showing an average 7 percent increase in median value from this time a year ago; currently at an average of $632,500, up from $592,000 in August 2007. This is especially great news as Maui condo sales (units sold) have experienced a downturn in recent months. With prices starting to rise once again, now is a good time to invest in a new, appreciating, West Maui condo.
