West Maui Class on Starting a Venture in Hawaii

Many of those considering a relocation to Maui are concerned with settling down and establishing a stable livelihood on the island. Financial freedom is a very important part of living comfortably no matter what state you are in. With that in mind, new Maui residents are encouraged to take advantage of classes to help learn how to navigate Maui business waters.
The upcoming class on starting a venture or business project for the first time on Maui was also structured with experienced entrepreneurs in mind. If you are considering launching a new product or business, no matter your experience, the Hawai'i Small Business Development Center and the Office of Continuing Education and Training at Maui Community College have cooperated to educate you on this subject.
The class will give participants an overview on how to evaluate business ideas, needs, issues and available resources specific to the Maui community. David Fisher, Director of Maui SBDC, has been teaching this class and helping businesses on Maui for over sixteen years. He has an MBA and keeps the information up to date with the continuously changing business environment on the island. The class fee is a modest $23 and includes a sample business plan and the booklet, "Starting a Business on Maui." To register call Pat Diaz at the Hawai'i Small Business Development Center Network at 875-2402, or go visit the SBDC website.
As for real estate, if you are in the market for a new West Maui home, we recommend exploring the Maui Kaanapali Golf Estates. Also, there are some great deals on condos at the Whaler on Kaanapali Beach you may want to consider. Thanks for reading, and remember, if you have any questions not answered on our website, you can call (800) 367-5632 or email us at info@whalersrealty.com. We would love to assist you. Mahalo!
