Maui Nutcracker Ballet Performance

The Nutcracker will be performed by Ballet Hawaii at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center on December 5th and 6th.

What better performance for getting into the holiday spirit? The Nutcracker is especially nice because people from ages seven to seventy can enjoy it.

The fame of this ballet can be attributed to Tchaikovsky's beautiful score as well as the lavish sets and brilliant costumes that come with it. The experience is visually dazzling.

As you might have guessed, there is a Hawaiian spin on this performance, seeing as Ballet Hawaii's production is unique to the islands. It will include a cast of Hawaii's finest dancers, including dancers from Maui, and guest stars from great ballet companies as well.

The design and choreography is supposed to be excellent and enchanting to adults as well as kids. The best part is that the performances are slated for the beginning of December, before you get too busy.
