The Ke-Alii neighborhood within Kaanapali Golf Estates features thirty two residential home sites ranging in size from 10,082 to 13,718 square feet in
size. Situated on the gently sloping land above South Ulukoa Place Ke-Alii was planned to preserve both ocean and mountain views throughout the
neighborhood. Homes within Ke-Alii exhibit the high level of design and construction standards set by the Kaanapali Golf Estates Design Review Board.
