Lanikeha
As an initial Lot Owner at Lanikeha, you may be given the opportunity to participate in the Lanikeha Owners Program. The three-component program, as currently offered, will provide participating Lot Owners, upon payment of applicable fees, with access to certain facilities, on a year-to-year basis, depending on which of the following components are selected: (a) Spa Component at the Spa Moana at the Hyatt Regency Maui; (b) Golf Component at the Kaanapali Golf Courses; and (c) Cultural Component at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center. The components are described below.
Lanikeha Owners who elect to participate in the Lanikeha Owners Program will be responsible for abiding by the rules of the provider (which rules are subject to change) and for payment of all charges and fees related to use of the relevant services and facilities; provided, however, that South Course Development, LLC (“SCD”) will pay the initial annual fee for any component that an Owner decides to participate in. The Lanikeha Owners Program is subject to eligibility requirements and other rules and regulations as outlined in the application form for each component.
It is important to note that third-party vendors, not SCD, are responsible for providing the components of the Lanikeha Owners Program and the terms, conditions and rules under which it is provided. Those terms, conditions and rules may limit the ability of participants to use the components as and/or when they may desire. Other than paying the initial annual fee for participants, SCD shall have no obligations with respect to the Lanikeha Owners Program and participants shall hold SCD harmless from any claims relating to the services provided by the vendors of the Lanikeha Owners Program.
Spa Component
The Hyatt Regency Maui and Spa Moana, located approximately 3.5 miles from Lanikeha, will be participating in the Lanikeha Owners Program by providing the following package for two participating individuals, subject to the Rules and Requirements set forth within the Spa Component Application Form:
• Access to the Moana Athletic Club, with complimentary fitness classes and Spa access
• 10% discount on all Spa Moana treatments
• 10% discount on all Spa Moana retail items
• Identification card
• Special Kamaaina rates with upgrade to Deluxe Ocean Views at the Hyatt Regency Maui, based on availability
The current cost of annual renewal for the Spa Component is $3,500.00, which is subject to change at any time and without notice.
Golf Component
The Kaanapali Golf Courses, located approximately 2.8 miles from Lanikeha, will be part of the Lanikeha Owners Program. The following package will be provided for two participating individuals, subject to the Rules and Requirements set forth within the Golf Component Application Form:
• Free greens fees to both the Kaanapali Golf - Resort South Course and the Kaanapali Golf – Tournament North Course (collectively, the “Golf Courses”)
• $25.00 cart fee per round of golf per person
• 7-day advance booking for tee times
• Free use of two lockers (based on space available)
• Free golf club storage for two sets of golf clubs (based on space available)
• 20% discount on all non-sale items at the Golf Courses’ Pro Shop
• 15% discount on all food and beverages at Basil Tomatoes Restaurant, Giovani’s Ristorante and Mango Café (or other restaurant/café located at the Golf Courses)
• Identification card
• Signing privileges for golf cart fees and at the Pro Shop and Mango Café (or other restaurant/café located at the Golf Courses). Balances billed monthly.
• Quarterly events only for Participants in the Lanikeha Owners Program (Golf Component)
The current cost of annual renewal for the Golf Component is $3,500.00, which is subject to change at any time and without notice.
Cultural Component
The Maui Arts & Cultural Center (“MACC”), located in Kahului, approximately 30 miles from Lanikeha, will provide one year of Silversword Club level benefits consisting of the following, subject to the Rules and Requirements set forth within the Cultural Component Application Form:
• Subscription to and recognition in Centerpiece magazine
• Two Annual Donor Cards
• 10% discount on selected MACC gift items
• Invitations to exhibit openings
• Monthly mailings of MACC calendar of events
• Waiver of phone fee on ticket orders
• Benefits at O‘ahu’s Contemporary Museum and the Big Island’s Volcano Art Center
• Behind-the-scenes tour (advance reservations required)
• Beverage mug with club logo
• Waiver of parking fees for events requiring paid parking
• Invitation-only exhibit walk-through with an artist or curator
• $50 credit toward rental of meeting space for a private function
• 10% discount and advance ticket-buying privileges for up to eight tickets to selected events*
*Ticket limits apply for selected shows.

Lanikeha is part of the Ka‘anapali Golf Estates Community Association and will also have its own exclusive association of lot owners. Lanikeha owners will be subject to various restrictive covenants and design requirements to help maintain a quality environment. Obtain the Property Report required by Federal law and the Public Offering Statement required by Hawaii law and read them before signing anything.
